Miesha Tate is an American professional mixed martial artist who is best known for being the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). In the past, she competed for Strikeforce and was also a Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion. Miesha also served as the vice president of ONE Championship in the past. During the course of her career, she has participated in several championships such as the FCF Women’s Bantamweight Championship and has been the recipient of honors like World MMA Award for “Female Fighter of the Year”.
